Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Ossyvara LLC, a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company that operates Brickchat (“we”), when you use the app. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use Brickchat

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Email us at support@brickchat.social if you think someone else has access to it.

Your district is based on your real location. Faking your location to join a district you are not in is not allowed and can lead to suspension.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to store, display and deliver it to the people you share it with, only to run the service.

You must have the right to post what you post, and it must follow the Community Guidelines. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Moderation

Automated checks block advertising, spam and prohibited content before it is posted. You can report any message, Story or person, and block anyone. Reports are reviewed by people, and we aim to act on them within 24 hours: we can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that put others at risk.

Location sharing

Sharing your position on the friends Map is optional and you can stop at any time. Share only with people you trust, and never use Brickchat to track someone without their consent.

The service

Brickchat is provided as is. We work to keep it available and safe but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Account Settings or at www.brickchat.social/delete-account/. We can end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without removing any protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer, including your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
