Delete your Brickchat account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile › Account Settings › Delete Account), or here. Deleting is permanent.

We delete your profile and photo, your district and private messages, Stories, reactions, friends, blocks, reports you filed or that concern you, location history, Map data, contact-sync history and support requests, then your sign-in account. Encrypted backups expire within a short period; we keep data longer only where the law requires it.

Can’t sign in?

If you no longer know your password, ask for deletion here. We check that the request comes from the account holder before deleting, and reply in the app or by the contact you give.
