Brickchat is your neighbourhood. These rules keep it a place where neighbours can talk safely. They apply to district chat, private messages, Stories and profiles.
No harassment or bullying
Do not insult, intimidate, stalk, shame or repeatedly contact someone who does not want it.
No threats or violence
No threats, incitement to violence, or content that celebrates violence or self-harm.
No hate
No attacks on people for their origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar characteristic.
No sexual or graphic content
No nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence. Nothing that sexualises minors, ever: it is reported to the authorities.
No spam or advertising
No advertising, selling, scams, chain messages, or pushing people to other apps or sites.
Respect privacy
Do not share someone’s address, phone number, photos or location without their permission.
Be yourself, be where you are
No impersonation and no fake locations. Your district is where you actually are.
Nothing illegal
No content or activity that breaks the law, including drugs, weapons or stolen goods.
What happens when someone breaks the rules
Report it: press and hold a message, open a profile, or use the ⋯ menu on a Story. Reports are reviewed by moderators, who can remove the content, suspend the account or close it. You can also block anyone: they will no longer be able to contact you or see your content.
